•Have you led a 15-20 person marketing team and achieved business objectives? •Are you an expert marketer with superior knowledge in content marketing, SEO, video, marketing automation, sales enablement, and sales and marketing alignment? •Are you able to get buy-in and commitment on marketing and sales initiatives with executive leadership and the sales team? •Does it excite you to help other business leaders achieve similar success?

Requirements

•Proven experience building a successful marketing function of an organization. •Experience in managing a team. •Strong understanding of content and video for sales and marketing. •Strong understanding of SEO best practices. •Strong understanding of marketing analytics. •Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales enablement. •Strong understanding of website UX. •Strong ability to independently manage your time. •Familiarity with They Ask, You Answer a plus (recommended reading). •Experience speaking and leading company workshops. •Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing and sales technology. •Familiarity with paid search and social campaigns. •Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 10% if local to Connecticut, up to 30% if fully remote.) •History of publishing educational, thought leadership content and videos. •Must be a strong learner. Success in this role will be dependent on your ability to quickly learn our philosophies and service offerings as well as your clients' businesses and industries.
