Description

• Own the creator sourcing process and become our resident luxury expert on Influential’s top luxury hospitality account • Strategically identify luxury talent for campaigns in a way that maximizes ROI and achieves brand/client KPIs • Leverage data and insights to successfully position recommended talent to clients • Continue to build relationships with talent and talent managers/agents in the industry; attend industry events and meetings to keep up with current trends of the creator landscape • Expand our current pipeline of luxury content creators, identifying the potential for new talent as well as maintaining strong relationships with established talent • Lead creator discussion across relevant teams; effectively communicate creator needs and recommendations between Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Strategy, and Sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university • 3+ years of relevant experience • Extensive knowledge of luxury markets, including national and international markets (beyond NYC and/or LA) • Sourcing experience that extends beyond social; you’re comfortable sourcing luxury talent across all verticals • Strong writing skills with the ability to compose client-facing collateral • You can navigate the nuances of a diverse portfolio of luxury clients across Beauty, CPG, Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle, and Travel • Deep knowledge of all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, YouTube) with relevant contacts from each platform • Ninja-like skills when it comes to time management, organization, and prioritization while working against tight client deadlines • An entrepreneurial spirit who also thinks outside their job responsibilities and can function effectively in a team environment or independently
