• As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth • You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives • A key part of your role will involve understanding our product and the insurance landscape to create relevant content and make strategic decisions independently
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the insurtech or fintech industry • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and other online marketing channels • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work independently • Resourcefulness in maximizing limited budgets and leveraging industry connections
