• Lead Product Development: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of major product features. • Innovate and Scale: Challenge the status quo by driving innovation across our social media products. • Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering and Data Science: Ensure product initiatives are technically feasible. • Customer-Centric Product Design: Engage with customers and collect feedback to inform product decisions. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to inform product strategy. • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work with external platform partners to enhance product offerings. • Own Product Metrics: Define and own key product KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • 6+ years of product management experience with a proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives and manage end-to-end product lifecycles. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with APIs, ability to read and understand API documentation, and experience working with databases and SQL. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate product vision clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Problem Solver: Experience delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Adtech industry knowledge is a plus
