Description

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Create financial forecasts to predict future revenues, expenses, and other financial trends. • Ensure that all accounting practices adhere to legal standards and company policies. • Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. • Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. • Track and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments. • Develop strategies for effective cash management and investment. • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and business development. • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve organizational goals. • Manage and improve financial software systems to streamline accounting processes and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting • Takes ownership of roles and responsibilities • Action-oriented and solution-focused • Detail-oriented • Takes initiative to collaborate with the team • Hungry and ambitious • Quick learner • Adaptable • Flexible and available to work/communicate 10 am - 6 pm CT • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection • Distraction-free work environment
