• Lead and inspire a team of 6 Event and Field Marketing Managers • Develop multi-channel programs to drive and convert leads • Establish and report on pipeline progression and key KPI's • Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy • Manage the AMER team budget and guidelines
• At least 10 years of experience in Senior Marketing roles or at least 7 years with Master's degree • Solid experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing • Digitally-savvy with marketing automation tools and reporting
