Description
• Team January Digital is looking for a Director, Affiliate Marketing to join our team • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing affiliate marketing programs across the business • Lead and manage a team of affiliate experts while setting strategy and execution guidelines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs and driving measurable results • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong track record of team development and growth
