Description
• The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for enhancing the organization’s market position and achieving financial growth • Prospecting for new clients, growing and retaining existing clients, and collaborating with underwriting staff to develop marketing strategies • Develop and execute a customer communications strategy • Analyze data to assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans • Liaise between the customer, the independent insurance agent, and the company • Extensive travel to territories including NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD, FL
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred • 1-4 years of increasing responsibility in P&C insurance sales/marketing • Strong Property & Casualty insurance background • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems • Proven interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with clients, prospects, and internal teams • Solution-oriented, results-oriented, diplomatic, and creative
