Description

• Drive new member growth in the therapist network through owning the full sales cycle • Actively co-own the building of the sales function • Become an expert on Journey Clinical's products and help educate prospects on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy • Penetrate networks of therapists through targeted emails, calls, texts, and referrals • Work cross-functionally to translate insights from sales conversations into products and processes that help scale the member network faster • Report directly to the CEO and work with co-founders • Offer rapid opportunities for advancement within the first 6 months

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or consumer sales • Ability to connect and build relationships with people on calls and over email • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota • Hunger for constantly improving to exceed objectives • Passion for transforming mental health care • Excitement for being a founding member of the sales team • Analytical and scientific approach to growth • Desire to continuously learn and expand role over time • Comfortable thinking on feet and trying new approaches • Ability to work cross functionally • Deep work ethic • Capability to engage in outbound prospecting, working inbound leads, deal management and closing • Experience in startup environment or selling to small businesses (bonus points)
