• Maintain agendas and keep stakeholders on task in regular meetings with our retailers/sales agencies, taking notes and project managing tasks • Help prepare line review presentations for new products and additional placement opportunities • Maintain product profiles, creative assets, and copy for e-commerce presences • Brief the creative/marketing team on retail-related design requests • Manage the coordination and communication of retail specific programs and initiatives across all Julie teams • Track and report out on KPIs for our various retail channels • Manage weekly sell-thru reporting, analyze and compare against forecast, and propose action plans • Perform regular sell-thru analyses to understand performance across retail field team store efforts, customer demographics, retailers, and geographies • Work with Operations team to oversee inventory allocations and order fulfillment in compliance with retailer OTIF requirements • Work with Product and Operations teams to determine retail launch timelines and inventory forecasts for new products
• 2-4 years of experience working with mass retailers in consumer packaged goods • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel • Proven track record of creative problem solving • Ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams and projects, especially cross-functionally • Positive can-do attitude in fast-paced and dynamic environments; previous startup experience a plus
