• Building relationships with existing customers and optimizing engagement and product usage. • Identifying and expanding enterprise accounts within the multifamily segment and finding key opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts, closing new business or driving expansion, with a proven track record. • Minimum annual quota of $1.65 MM of SaaS or net revenue in a quota carrying role • Experience in account management within a B2B SaaS hypergrowth startup a plus • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective sales discovery and demo meetings, and to manage a structured sales process from start to finish • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Bonus: Experience working in real estate or proptech
