Description

• Strong labor background and experience leading supply chain initiatives • Lead workforce/labor client engagements with minimal oversight • Present to senior management teams and boards • Oversee data management activities and clarify data issues • Leadership related to data analysis and identifying trends • Ensure quality control of variance analyses • Conduct expense trend analyses and research benchmarks • Create reports and manage key engagement project management tools • Mentor and develop junior staff

Requirements

• Minimum of three to six years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry • Previous consulting experience preferred • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SQL • Excellent oral and written communication skills • High degree of integrity and strong moral and ethical standards
