Description
• Handle the entire lifecycle of projects including design, implementation, documentation, and training • Play an integral part in a dynamic fast-paced legal environment • Work closely with the Director of IT to deliver projects within predicted timeframes • Provide Project Management and Tier 2 and 3 support to the IT HelpDesk • Conduct post-project in-house end-user training and knowledge transfer • Facilitate formal training sessions with end-user staff on various topics
Requirements
• 5-7 years of professional IT experience • 4-5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, or 2019 environments • Deep understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy deployment • Able to work in a team environment and independently • VMware with design and implementation experience desired
