Description

• Oversee and manage all financial activities within the organization, ensuring the implementation of efficient, technology-driven financial processes. • Lead and oversee the company’s financial administration and planning, including financial policy development, management of accounting systems, budget planning, risk management, insurance, purchasing, taxation, forecasting, and strategic planning. • Utilize technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency and accuracy. • Manage relationships with lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community. • Contribute to short- and long-term planning, identifying areas for growth and new profit opportunities. • Oversee and manage fiduciary funds, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of premiums from clients to insurance carrier partners. • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit management. • Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital budgets for all entities related to our organization. • Establish and maintain internal systems to support financial and business operations in line with growth and reporting requirements. • Monitor and report on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth. • Direct the establishment and maintenance of budget programs with department and regional leaders. • Implement and maintain effective cost control measures, including the management of employee and company expenses through policies and systems. • Manage the preparation and issuance of annual and quarterly reports. • Oversee tax reporting and compliance. • Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the accounting & finance team; manage schedules and workflow. • Provide daily guidance and oversight to subordinates; promote and recognize performance. • Stay updated on team activities, identify problem areas, and implement corrective actions. • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • CPA designation and/or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting. • Minimum of seven to ten years of related experience in finance and management. • Strong knowledge of financial management, forecasting, and reporting. • Proven ability to leverage technology for financial efficiency and effectiveness. • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management. • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
