Description
• This role sits within two of Ketchum's rapidly growing specialties: Employee Engagement and Executive Visibility • Specialize in helping clients build corporate culture and understand employees' mindsets • Identify the right channels, content, programs and tailored messaging • Strong writer and critical thinker • Self-starter, high professionalism, strong project management skills • Excel in a fast-paced work environment • Manage account financials including budget development and tracking, time sheets, client billing
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred • Three to five years of experience in public relations agency or similar position • Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment • Curious self-starter who has passion for employee engagement, leadership communications, executive visibility and corporate reputation
