Description

• Founding account executive managing startup and mid-market deals • Refining playbook and working closely with product and engineering teams • Building and maintaining relationships with distribution partners and resellers • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets • Understanding customer needs and requirements

Requirements

• B2B fintech sales experience (4+ years, with at least 3 as a quota-carrying AE and a track record of over-performance) • Experience as early sales hire in a startup • Experience working creatively to source and engage with potential customers • Ability to own and drive a deal from prospecting to close and beyond (incl. cross-sell, up-sell, and renewals) • Deep fintech knowledge and network • Comfort with technical products (preference for experience with usage-based APIs) • Live in NYC or SF (strong preference for NYC)
