Description
• Responsible for designing the product from idea to launch • Create visually stunning and highly interactive designs that resonate with users • Develop high-fidelity prototypes that showcase nuanced interactions • Partner with cross-functional leads to implement design solutions • Act as an owner in every project, proactively identifying and solving problems • Foster a culture of excellent design and shared responsibility for product quality • Approach challenges with creativity and an open mind • Lead design critiques with a constructive and collaborative approach • Establish and refine design operations to support a growing team
Requirements
• 6+ years of Product Design experience in consumer-facing applications • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools • Excellent visual design skills with a deep understanding of typography, design principles, and aesthetics • Proficiency in systems thinking and information architecture • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment • A strong desire to design within the context of web3
