Description

• Hybrid inbound/outbound prospecting role • Qualify inbound leads to pass on high quality meetings to the Sales team based on defined criteria • Work with intent tools to outbound prospect into accounts and book meetings for the sales team • Respond to customer inquiries and help with qualifying and scheduling sales meetings • Help follow up with marketing generated, warm leads • Help drive attendance to Lattice events, conferences, and webinars • Manage time to meet and even exceed productivity metrics • Deliver an extraordinary experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other performance management solutions

Requirements

• Strong writing abilities and phone presence • Organized and able to prioritize • Maintain a positive attitude and are not easily discouraged • Passionate about making our customers successful • Believe in Lattice’s mission and values
