Description

• PMO Leadership: Develop and lead the PMO team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Project Governance: Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. • Strategic Alignment: Align project initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives and business goals, ensuring projects deliver maximum value. • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal use of personnel and resources across projects. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions. • Performance Tracking: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes. • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and techniques. • Team Development: Mentor and develop project managers and PMO staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology-focused organization. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
