Description
• Work autonomously as a project leader • Collaborate with Department Leaders to develop project designs • Serve as the key client interface, managing expectations • Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables • Lead multiple projects from concept through completion • Facilitate design changes and obtain necessary approvals • Maintain comprehensive project schedules • Conduct equipment performance reviews • Foster internal and external communication to mitigate project issues • Identify additional services and prepare documentation for review • Provide feedback through regular team meetings and conduct performance evaluations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering • 8+ years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments • Proficient in all design calculations and software tools (e.g., Revit and AutoCAD) • Experience working on Healthcare Facilities, Commercial, data centers and trade centers • Strong understanding of trade-specific scope of project and required coordination with other trades • Strong understanding of documentation requirements and content for each deliverable phase • Understands and implements office procedures related to design and construction administration
