Description

• The Government Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of LNB Solutions’ products in the government sector. • This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and SaaS applications, as well as the ability to navigate government procurement processes and build strategic partnerships. • Utilize GovWin, SAM.gov, and other government procurement sites to identify and generate leads for potential government contracts. • Develop and execute strategies to expand LNB Solutions' product offerings into local, state, and federal government markets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public sector to increase revenue and market share. • Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with LNB Solutions' products and services. • Collaborate with Salesforce partners and other third-party vendors to develop joint solutions and proposals that meet the needs of government agencies. • Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, decision-makers, and procurement officers to ensure LNB Solutions is well-positioned for upcoming opportunities. • Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and responses to government RFPs, ensuring alignment with LNB Solutions' strategic goals and compliance with procurement regulations. • Negotiate and manage government contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that LNB Solutions delivers high-quality services to its clients. • Monitor government procurement trends, policy changes, and industry developments to keep LNB Solutions ahead of the competition. • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, market expansion progress, and strategic partnership outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the government sector. • In-depth understanding of Salesforce and SaaS applications, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of these technologies to government clients. • Proven track record of success in generating leads, securing contracts, and expanding market presence in the government sector. • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, including experience with tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, and others. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
