Description

• Design, develop, and optimize data-driven dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for our SaaS platform. • Lead the architecture and design of cloud-based data solutions. • Administer and optimize high-availability cloud databases, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. • Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience in a business intelligence role, within a SaaS environment. • Undergraduate degree. • Expert in data warehousing, data lakes, and data marts. • Proficient with ETL tools like Oracle GoldenGate and cloud databases such as Oracle ATP/ADW. • Skilled in data visualization using OpenText Magellan, Tableau, and PowerBI. • Experienced in performance tuning and NoSQL databases, with advanced expertise in SQL programming, including PL/SQL or T-SQL. • Proven ability to lead projects from conception to delivery in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrates strong independence and collaboration in a small, dynamic team setting. • Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
