Description

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to promote the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions in the USA. • Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our brand presence and generate leads. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or life sciences industry. • In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices. • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. • Strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Authorization to work in the USA.
