Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum 7 years of experience in medical practice operations management, with experience overseeing provider operations • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including providers • Demonstrated ability to lead complex processes and projects • Deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
