Description
• Lead research team across Mindbody + ClassPass • Shape research practice and guide operations • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Leadership • Influence vision and strategy to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Research leadership • 7-10 years conducting research in a related field • Built and/or scaled research functions • Experience leading qualitative & quantitative research • Track record translating research into business impact • Experience with cross-functional peers • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Experience with data disciplines like Data Science preferred
