Description

• Support the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of vendor contracts • Maintain internal contract documents and all related metadata • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Information Security, and Executive Leadership • Independently track and report on contractual commitments for major vendors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS procurement, vendor management and business operations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with legal terminology, contract structures and commercial terms • Experience using vendor management software, research subscriptions, or other tools/resources to guide decision-making • Proven track record of supporting stakeholders in a vendor evaluation process
