Description

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings, availability, and pricing • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery • Coordinate and schedule service calls for window installations, repairs, and maintenance • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests • Conduct follow-up calls post-service to confirm resolution of issues • Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams for seamless order processing

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, preferably in the window or home improvement industry • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
