Description

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll • Provide support in resolving employee relations issues, escalating as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role in Tech Companies, with at least 1 year of experience in recruiting • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
