• Identify and engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales activities • Qualify opportunities and set up qualified prospect meetings • Build trust and rapport with prospects by educating them on Navisite solutions and value proposition • Manage sales meetings and follow-ups to drive conversions • Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications in Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 1 year's successful experience in an outbound sales or BDR/SDR role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to qualify prospects and handle objections effectively
