Description

• Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention, and Protected Change Management. • NetBrain is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented software sales professional to join our organization as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for going after new enterprise customers for NetBrain’s unparalleled preventative no-code network automation solution. We need a coachable, passionate and hard working professional with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. Candidates should also have the capacity to learn and relay complex technical concepts. Computer networking sales specifically are not required but would be a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a closing role. Software industry is a plus. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is genuinely passionate about sales. • Have a proven track record of crushing sales goals • You are a coachable and competitive go-getter, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel • An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Exposure to a CRM application (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts

Benefits

• Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. • For this role, the estimated total on-target earnings is between $110,000 - $150,000 + Stock Options. The actual OTE may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. • The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
