• Provide technical support for the Neurolutions IpsiHand device • Assist customers (stroke survivors) and their caregivers • Collaborate with internal Neurolutions teams • Become familiar with the IpsiHand system and common customer issues • Provide seamless and convenient device support • Interact with customers in a professional, supportive, and patient manner • Help customers with basic tech support issues • Escalate issues when necessary • Provide effective communication on escalated issues • Ongoing customer support communication
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support • Experience in medical device support preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Quick learner with the ability to execute seamlessly • Experience with web interface and database access
