Description
• Engineering Leader for Production Support to oversee production platforms and support teams • Maintain reliability and efficiency of production operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in production support or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven record of accomplishment of managing and leading engineering teams in a production support environment • Strong understanding of production support methodologies and best practices • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Shell scripting, Ansible) • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies • Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration • Proficiency in version control systems and collaborative development workflows • Excellent leadership and team-building skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
