Description

• Lead the technical vision and strategy for our enrichment platform, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values. • Build, mentor, and lead a close-knit engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and adaptability. • Oversee the end-to-end development process, from ideation to deployment, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our marketplace users. • Assess, select, and implement the appropriate technologies to support the scalability, security, and performance of our platform. • Lead the engineering team in an agile development environment, ensuring efficient project delivery and effective collaboration. • Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure the successful integration of technology and business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in a leadership role within a startup environment, preferably at a marketplace or edtech business. • Hands-on experience with full-stack development and proficiency in relevant programming languages (C#, React). • Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to align technical solutions with market needs. • A perspective on how generative AI can help propel this business forward. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Motivated by our mission.
