Description

• Coordinate invoicing for $120m revenue and $100m pass through and drive analytics around billing and cash collection and liaise with external counterparts. • Manage AR + AP Ledgers for US Marketing business and ensure data is updated and reconciled. • Collaborate with Group Accounting to prepare month end reporting packages, monthly journal entries and overhead expense management. • Support annual financial audit and champion continuous improvement initiatives especially around newly implemented project management software. • Collaborate with project management (PM) and client service (CS) teams to manage financial data inside WorkFront and NetSuite systems including setting up new projects, managing on going revenue recognition and employee labor and ensuring proper alignment between operations, finance and systems. • Review monthly client budgets and actuals with our CS and PM teams to verify billing, revenue recognition, under-servicing/over-servicing of staff plans. • Prepare labor reports and coordinate with CS / PM teams to ensure timely invoicing and cash collection. • Support the Finance team in key initiatives including margin by client, recovery, invoicing analytics, forecasting indictors and development of business KPIs. • Collaborate with CS, PM and finance team to ensure client profitability and regularly identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth, profitability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years leadership experience across accounting / finance or graduate of finance leadership rotational program with strong technical & leadership skills able to operate in a fast paced and challenging environment • Prior experience providing coaching and development opportunities for junior staff • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Self-starter, organized and able to prioritize effectively and work through ambiguity. • High attention to detail with 'big picture' awareness. • Compelling influencing skills. • Positive outlook and generates enthusiasm and energy with a determined, can-do approach. • Committed to continuous improvement. • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, Adobe WorkFront and Oracle NetSuite (desirable)
