Description

• Partner with the executive team and cross functional leaders to drive execution against the company’s financial and operational goals • Lead the company’s strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning efforts. • Own the company’s financial model • Provide support to the M&A process, including but not limited to financial due diligence, modeling and overall deal evaluation including the oversight of integration and financial consolidation, post acquisition • Develop benchmarking, KPIs, and other frameworks to help drive growth as we scale • Prepare presentations/financial reports for board and investor meetings, as well as monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings of the company • Support accounting operations • Provide assistance to the annual audit process • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required. Major in business, accounting, or finance, or economics preferred • 5+ years of experience in banking, private equity, or finance roles at growth companies • Experience with SaaS company preferred • Experience with M&A and Private Equity is preferred • Experience building teams and setting up financial systems and processes from scratch preferred • Strong demonstrated use of Excel/Google Sheet skills for budget and financial modeling • Strong understanding of financial reporting tools, such as Netsuite, Vena.
