Description
• Lead strategic cross functional growth initiatives for One Medical for Business. • Inform strategic decisions by building and using analytics solutions. • Support the design and execution of Amazon’s healthcare strategy integrating One Medical. • Develop C-level strategic plans. • Manage a team of strategy and analytics resources. • Build management tools for account teams and leadership. • Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to curate enterprise data pipeline. • Participate in client discussions to deliver insights.
Requirements
• 6+ years commercial growth experience in strategy or consulting roles. • 4 years considered if minimum 2 years experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm. • Analytics expertise in SQL, Excel, Data Visualization tools (ex. Tableau). • Experience directly or indirectly managing a small team required. • Flexible thinking and ability to adapt in an evolving organization. • Direct/indirect experience with Amazon mechanisms a plus. • Healthcare experience a plus. • MBA or Advanced degree preferred. • Experience designing growth strategy for customer success a plus.
