Description

• Manage a sales pipeline to convert leads into new business opportunities • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading client meetings to develop customized roadmaps • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and deliver impactful sales presentations • Track and report sales metrics to monitor performance and provide updates to management • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage diverse delivery models to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling large multi-year Professional Services contracts, with a focus on deals exceeding $10M • Expertise in Digital Product Engineering (DPE) or Data & Analytics, with a proven track record in driving sales within these domains • Specialization in Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Telecom/Media/Technology (TMT) industries, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and client success • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Engineering Leads, to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes • Experience in selling and managing diversified Delivery Models, including Onshore, Offshore, Nearshore, and Blended approaches, to meet client needs and optimize delivery efficiency
