• Opendorse is a trailblazer in the sports industry, navigating the exciting landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). • We specialize in creating powerful connections between brands and athletes, as well as their engaged follower audiences, to achieve breakthrough results. • We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced media sales professional to join our NIL Brand Partnerships & Media Sales team. • Confidently pitch emerging media concepts to brands and agencies, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in selling emerging media solutions. • Assist brands in reaching their target audiences by leveraging the highly engaged social media followings of college student-athletes through innovative, data-driven strategies. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, while developing and nurturing strong partnerships with brands and agencies to maximize opportunities. • Deliver persuasive sales pitches that educate brands and agencies on the unique value of leveraging college student-athletes’ NIL and associated media solutions. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business in the media landscape, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in selling media solutions, particularly in emerging markets or new commercial opportunities • New Business Hunter: Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business, with a focus on national brands and agencies • Deep Professional Network: Established brand and agency connections that can be leveraged to secure meetings and close deals • Sales Goal Achievement: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Commanding Presentation Capabilities: Experience in building and delivering compelling sales presentations • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills • Startup Mentality: Embrace resourcefulness, adaptability, self-starting initiative, and an entrepreneurial approach • What Will Set You Apart: Experience with National Brands: Established experience and relationships with large, national brands and their marketing or media agencies • Excitement for New Solutions: Passion for selling new, breakthrough commercial media solutions that tap into the highly engaged fandom and audience of college athletes • Marketing Knowledge: Possess basic marketing knowledge and creativity for campaign creation/ideation
