Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of our partners. • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. • Coordinate training and enablement programs for partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and partner teams to streamline operations and resolve issues. • Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, escalations, and support needs. • Conduct regular audits and reviews of partner agreements, compliance, and performance against established benchmarks. • Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize channel operations processes. • Maintain and enhance Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform portal • Prepare reports and presentations on partner performance, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives for senior management. • Manage new Partner Application Process including approving/denying applicants and researching fit for Outreach. • Maintain compliance with our Partner agreement obligations: Referral, Agency, Alliances, Services which may include monitoring and liaising with finance on commission payments and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of partner operations management or related experience • Proven experience in partner operations, partner management, or a related role • Strong understanding of partner sales processes, partner relationship management, and distribution logistics. • Experience implementing and managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software platforms • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making. • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to partner operations. • Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, etc.
