Requirements

• 5-8 years proven track record in enterprise sales • Thorough understanding of negotiating and sales techniques • Deep understanding of B2B procurement process • Proven success with prospecting and managing complex sales-cycles • Experience with AI, tech, or startups (preferably) • Experience in data analytics and procurement applications • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Strong ability to build business relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-sufficient and flexible • Resilience to deal with rejection • Strong organization skills • Reliable and hungry for success • Strong analytical mindset • Willingness to travel as necessary • Excitement about Pactum's mission
