Description
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and heads of Product on strategic planning • Facilitate the execution of the Product strategy and roadmap • Provide regular updates on projects and operational recommendations • Serve as the project manager for strategic initiatives • Manage standing team and all-hands meetings • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Product, credit risk, analytics or credit strategy • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities • Proven track record of supporting executives • Passionate about contributing to Pagaya's mission • Collaborative team player comfortable supporting colleagues • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration • Maintains a constructive and proactive attitude • Recognizes and responds effectively to moments of urgency • Superior verbal and visual communication skills • Establishes trust and serves as a valuable thought partner
