Description
• Lead the frontend engineering pods to deliver impactful customer experiences while defining and executing the technology strategy. • Foster a culture of clean, scalable, and efficient code by setting best practices and actively contributing to code reviews and development when necessary. • Continuously improve the development lifecycle by refining scoping, development, and QA processes to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery. • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Digital Product, Design, Analytics, and key stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, primarily building scalable React apps. • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, either managing engineers or as a tech lead. • Experience working within a headless Shopify environment. • Experience working with Shopify apps and integrations like Klaviyo, Heap, and Elevar. • Experience with Next.js and Vercel. • Experience with Contentful or other CMS tools. • Experience with AB testing tools, like Growthbook. • Experience working with subscriptions and loyalty systems, like Prive and Yotpo.
