Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile app engineers to deliver high-quality applications. • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards within the development team. • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our apps remain at the forefront of innovation. • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proven 6+ years of experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and Java. • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs. • Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs and push notifications. • Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
