• Lead and oversee customer success • Drive customer-centric strategies • Foster long-term relationships with clients • Collaborate with executive leaders • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders • Develop customer retention strategies • Monitor customer health metrics • Ensure maximization of Paxera products and solutions • Lead customer training and education initiatives • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) • Act as the voice of the customer • Develop customer advocacy programs • Represent PaxeraHealth at industry events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field • Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred • 10+ years in customer success, account management, or related field • At least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record in medical IT industry • Deep understanding of medical IT technologies, workflows, and regulatory requirements • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools
