• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing • Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships • Strong commercial acumen • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Experience in a high-growth environment • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects concurrently • Strong network of contacts • Can-do attitude, bold vision, resilience, and executive presence
