Description

• Responsible for forecasting global studio revenue targets and growth KPIs, and strategy to hit those targets • Set marketing strategy, spend and execution for studio revenue driving initiatives • Responsible for studio budgeting for member experience team • Directly manage global events team, set strategy to increase revenue and demand creation + demand capture targets by reaching growth demos • Set strategy to launch sponsorship as new revenue stream for events • Directly manage corporate bookings team, set strategies to set and hit KPIs • Oversight of audience curation team, set strategy to utilize to democratize ability to book into studio • Innovate additional revenue streams for Peloton global studio footprints • Key partner & stakeholder in cross-functional utilization of the studios to drive Peloton business objectives

Requirements

• Experience as a manager of teams hitting specific KPIs • Experience with revenue protection and managing budgets • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers • Proficient in Google suite; sheets, docs, slides • Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
