• Oversee a team of 2-5 focused on driving consultant opportunity generation through multiple channels including website, SEO, content marketing, affiliate programs, events, and account-based marketing campaigns. • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and responsible for strategic planning and management of all demand generation channels and delivering insights through a comprehensive demand generation dashboard.
• Minimum of 10 years of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing experience • Must have experience with Salesforce, Pardot, CVENT, and WordPress • Demonstrated strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. • Must be willing to travel at least 15% of the time to meet business needs. • Skilled in developing compelling messaging and demand generation campaigns that drive target behaviors. • Creativity in conceptualizing and developing tools and processes that drive continuous improvement
