Lead and grow the engineering team specializing in innovative construction permitting software. Own end-to-end projects, contribute to the team's scaling and technical excellence. Collaborate with product, design, and teams to ensure timely delivery of features. Manage engineers, promoting continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure best practices in architecture, system design, and code quality.
Requirements
7+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in leadership roles. Strong alignment with PermitFlow’s culture. You are comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, where ambiguity is common. Proven experience managing and scaling teams in a startup. Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
