Description

• Operate and manage modern data platforms across a progressively evolving technical stack • Demonstrate clear ownership of multiple simultaneous customer accounts • Proactively identify and articulate best practices to customers • Navigate complex customer environments and improve data platforms • Provide thought leadership on technologies and approaches

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries • Extensive experience providing architectural guidance and operational support for a cloud-native data warehouse (Snowflake and/or Redshift) • Expertise with cloud-native data technologies in AWS or Azure • Production support experience in large enterprise environments • Proven experience learning new technology stacks and training team members • Professional track record of creating, challenging, and improving processes and procedures • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills including database administration • Create and deliver detailed presentations • Client-facing written and verbal communication skills and experience
