Description

• Responsible for providing comprehensive support guidance in the day-to-day operations of human resources • Administer the biweekly payroll while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees • Be the first point of contact for all during their employee life cycle • Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention • Oversee the new hire touchpoints and performance management processes • Serve as an additional point of contact for addressing employee relations issues • Maintain employee records and prepare HR metrics and basic analytics

Requirements

• At least five years of previous applicable experience in Human Resources • Experience in Banking or Financial Services is required • Proven experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and payroll administration • Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures • Experience using ADP Workforce Now • Working knowledge of employment law • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and collaborative skills • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
